You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to arrive brimming with confidence. And you definitely don’t need to become a different version of yourself because there’s a camera in the room.
We’ll take our time. I’ll give you direction when you need it, we’ll probably laugh when something feels ridiculous, and somewhere along the way you’ll stop thinking quite so much about what you’re doing.
If you’re coming on your own, this is about seeing yourself without picking yourself apart. If you’re coming as a couple, it’s about the way you naturally are together – not performing closeness for a photograph.
No pressure to be sexy.
No awkward posing for the sake of it.
No pretending.
Just you.

The photographs aren't really about the day you take them.
They're about looking back and remembering yourself here. Who you were. Who you were together. The confidence you might not have realised you had, or the connection that felt so ordinary at the time you almost didn't think to photograph it.
Maybe you're doing this before you get married. Maybe you're marking something that's changed. Maybe you want to surprise somebody. Or maybe there isn't a reason at all.

You do not need to have booked your elopement photography with me to book this service. I would be more than happy to photograph your session.
You can book it anytime that you wish. A suitable time would be 3-6 months before your elopement/wedding. You could even incorporate the session on the day of your hair & makeup trial.
This is a normal feeling to have but rest assured you will be surprised at just how well you will photograph. You do not have to be all smiles on camera, in fact, it is very subtle, relaxed poses. The session is very client lead, and we will simply collaborate to get the stunning gallery you wish for. It will be a relaxed, enjoyable, and most importantly, a comfortable experience, whilst providing you with a sense of empowerment. Your comfort with the session will be absolute paramount to me.
Wear anything you like or what you are most comfortable in. Your comfort is the most important. If you like a particular item of clothing but do not feel comfortable in it, then i would not advise that item. Bring along a few changes of clothing. Your dignity will always be important to me, and you will have full privacy between any changes of clothing.
I recommend bridal lingerie/nightwear and to bring along a robe. You could even use the opportunity to wear your bridal shoes, earrings, bracelets or even your veil etc.
There is absolutely no reason at all to feel like that with me. We all are beautiful, and we all come in different shapes and sizes. This is what makes every single one of us, unique! This session can also install a sense of renewed body confidence and a sense of empowerment - to feel sexy if you wish - a time to celebrate YOU as a person. Your partner is marrying you for YOU. Celebrate it. Be proud of yourself. Go ahead and surprise them.
No, not if you do not want me to. This is a sensitive area of photography and if you do not wish your images to be shared on my social media platforms or website, they do not go online, it is as simple as that. You will have full control of this, and I will adhere to your request 100%. Confidentiality and privacy will be strictly adhered.
However, if you do not mind me sharing your images, I will always share with zero personal information and will always pay attention to not expose of any facial features or any identifying subject that can easily discern you as a person (such as tattoos).
